Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) is the highest quality olive oil available, extracted from the olive fruit without the use of any heat or chemicals.

How to enjoy this product

Use this olive oil every day to dress salads and steamed vegetables, as a base for Mediterranean dishes, marinades and roasts. Think outside the square – how about crisp rosemary and olive oil flatbread, shaved winter vegetables with olive oil, lemon and pecorino, Tuscan bean soup, olive oil biscotti, Swiss chard and Parma ham tart with olive oil crust, soft cheese in olive oil with herbs, and pistachio, cardamom and olive oil cake. Delicious teamed with our caramelised Balsamic vinegar dipped with good crusty breads.
